The walking paths in Alcazar Garden are lined with boxwood hedges and resemble a maze to me.
I love this garden with its great views of the California Tower. I've been working on this specific composition for about a month, coming repeatedly mostly for sunset but once or twice for sunrise. I made perhaps about a dozen visits. But the weather and my schedule never cooperated until the day I managed to get this image.
After taking this photo a friend told me that the garden is patterned after one in Alcazar Castle in Seville, Spain. So one more spot added to my too visit list.
This photograph is available in a limited edition of 50 fine art prints. Each print is made to order with the highest quality pigment inks and fine art papers.
